Neil Milliken

Aside from co-founding AXSChat, Neil is Vice President & Global Head of Accessibility & Digital Inclusion at Atos 

His role there is to help organisations move from disability confidence to disability competence; setting strategy and providing governance at group level, simultaneously delivering change programmes that resulting better technology for customers and staff, embedding inclusive practice into the processes of organisations with thousands of employees and turnovers of billions.  

He firmly believes that accessibility and disability inclusion is a business topic and created the ESG aligned framework that Atos deploy for their accessibility program.

Debra Ruh

Debra is the CEO and Founder of Ruh Global Impact and an expert in ICT inclusion. She has consulted for the UN ILO Global Business and Disability Network (GBDN) and partnered with ztudium and citiesABC. Debra is an Expert Partner with The Valuable 500 and a Global Speaker for the US State Department. With expertise in standards and legislation such as the CRPD, ADA, Section 508, WCAG, and ISO, she has served on the W3C WCAG Cognitive Working Group as an Invited Expert. Debra is a published author of books like “Inclusion Branding” and “Finding Your Voice by Using Social Media.” Her specialties include SDGs, disability inclusion, accessibility, digital communications, and CSR. With Neil and Antonio, she is one of the AXSChat Co-founders.

John Graham

John Graham led a life of adventure and risk, from shipping out on a freighter at 16 to hitchhiking through the Algerian Revolution at 19. He made the first ascent of Denali’s North Wall at 20, and later worked as a correspondent in various wars. As a US Foreign Service Officer, he was involved in the 1969 revolution in Libya and the war in Vietnam. Later, at the United Nations, he supported initiatives for peace and justice in Asia, Africa, and Cuba. He also contributed to peace efforts in Israel/Palestine. For the past 42 years, he has been a leader of the Giraffe Heroes Project, inspiring people to solve public problems.

Johny Cassidy

As an experienced journalist with BBC News, Johny Cassidy has worked across various network news programs. Currently, he is a digital journalist in the BBC’s Special Project team, focusing on reaching underserved and marginalized audiences while advocating for digital accessibility. He was previously a fellow at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at Oxford University, where he researched how to include blind audiences in the visual data revolution. He also writes a fortnightly newsletter on journalism and accessibility. As co-chair of the BBC’s disabled staff network, he promotes a more inclusive work culture. In 2023, he was recognized as the third most influential disabled person in the media industry by the Shaw Trust Power 100 list. He frequently speaks at industry events about digital accessibility and believes in removing barriers for disabled individuals in the industry.

Mike Liebman

Mike Liebman has worked for Bloomberg for 21 years, and is a senior engineering manager leading global Data Analytics and Data Management teams. In addition, he is a US co-lead for Bloomberg’s Disability ERG called B-Able, as well as the executive sponsor for Bloomberg’s Disability-in-Tech group. Mike lives with a dissociative condition, complex PTSD, a degenerative spinal condition, and a heart disorder, in addition to having children on the autism spectrum.

Peter Torres-Fremlin

Peter is a freelance consultant specializing in disability inclusion, with a focus on employment and mainstreaming disability. After 12 years in Brazil, Bangladesh, Switzerland, and Egypt, he’s now based in the UK. He runs Disability Debrief, a newsletter highlighting global disability news and changemakers. His work includes reports for the ILO and an ethnography on people with disabilities in Rio de Janeiro. Though his consultancy is busy, he’s always open to collaboration and supports grassroots organizations.

Sophia Warner

Sophia Warner, Paralympian, sport series founder, and TV presenter. Her athletics career began in 1996, culminating in a fourth-place finish at the 2012 Paralympics. After retiring in 2013, she turned to triathlons and other sporting challenges. With over two decades in marketing, Sophia has worked for global brands like BT and Nestle. Post-2012 Paralympics, she became commercial director at British Athletics. In 2013, Sophia launched a sports marketing agency. She created the world's first mass-participation sports event for people with disabilities in 2015 and consulted for Parallel London in 2016. Sophia, a guest presenter for Channel 4 at the Commonwealth Games, was part of their Paralympic Games broadcast team in Rio. In 2017, she founded Superhero Series, the UK's only disability sports series. Sophia also established the Superhero Sports Foundation charity, aiming to break down barriers to disability sports participation and promote the transformative power of sport.
